Job scope:

• Design and build an efficient production system.
• Promote Stabilizing quality and quality improvement.
• Promote the study of BCP for raw materials and reduction of production costs
• Identify the causes of quality defects and promoting prevention of recurrence

Responsibility:

Main Job

• Promote DR on improvement productivity and raw matrials and Utility.
• Evaluate of Trial CPVC and PVC.
• When quality abnormalities occur, we work with QA to investigate the cause, consider countermeasures, and collect data.

Human development

• Gain knowledge of evaluation equipment and chemicals.
• Master QC evaluation skill.
• Expand knowledge of PVC and CPVC.
• Understand the production process.

Report & Meeting

• Creating operation Monthly report (SSCT/Lz) and weekly reaction time report (AGC).
• Join sales monthly meeting.

Other

• Perform duties as the superior assigned.
• Participate in 5S activities, kaizen and other improvement activity in company.

Report to Senior PDT Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Faculty of Engineering / Science or related faculty Chemistry, Polymers or related fields.
• Japanese skill N3 ↑
• Experience 1-3 years

Competencies / Required skills

• Basic skill in knowledge about production of CPVC
• Basic skill in knowledge about 5S, Kaizen, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
• Able to data analysis by Basic Statistical Process Control.
