As the General Manager of HR&amp;EHS, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the HR and EHS functions within the company. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR&amp;EHS strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization&#8217;s goals and objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR and EHS best practices.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">1. Develop and implement HR&amp;EHS strategies: Collaborate with team to develop and execute comprehensive HR&amp;EHS strategies that support the overall regional objectives and drive employee engagement, challenging action, safety, and compliance.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">2. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement strong branding strategies that help enhance our company&#8217;s brand position and drive business growth.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">3. HR management: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">4. EHS management: Lead the EHS function, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state regulations. Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">5. Policy development: Develop and update HR&amp;EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, regional best practices, and company standards. Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure their understanding and adherence.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">6. Compliance and reporting: Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant HR&amp;EHS regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">7. Training and development: Identify training needs within the organization and regional, develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and awareness in areas such as safety, diversity and inclusion, ethics, and other HR-related topics.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">8. Employee relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns promptly and fairly.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">9. Data analysis and metrics: Utilize HR&amp;EHS metrics and analytics to track and measure key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR&amp;EHS metrics and progress.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">10. Budget management: Develop and manage the HR&amp;EHS department budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources and alignment with organizational goals.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: .5in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">11. Stay current with trends: Stay updated on emerging HR&amp;EHS trends, technologies, and best practices.
